You receive the result in the form of a medical certificate. The certificate includes a facsimile signature and seal, as well as an individual number that allows you to verify the authenticity of the test results.
According to the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 722 dated March 28, 2020, in order to control the current disease statistics, the medical laboratory must immediately inform the primary healthcare provider about a patient’s confirmed infection case.
While most laboratories do not offer pre-registration for testing, we provide you with such an opportunity.

We strictly follow the Ministry of Health recommendations to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. Mask use and social distancing are mandatory. Disinfection and hygiene measures are performed regularly, and all surfaces are treated with disinfectants.

If the PCR test was negative and became positive after 1–2 days, it’s likely that the first test was done during the early stage of infection.
If the PCR test was positive and later turned negative, there are several possible reasons:
1. During the first test, the virus had almost left the body, and only residual fragments were detected.
2. When taking a swab, epithelial cells are collected with a brush, and frequent testing may lead to samples lacking sufficient cellular material.
There may be several possible explanations:
1. By the end of the first or start of the second week, pneumonia often develops with COVID-19, and the viral concentration shifts from the nasopharynx to the lower respiratory tract. In this case, sputum or bronchial lavage should be tested. Antibody IgM testing is also recommended.
2. If viral pneumonitis develops as a complication, lung damage may appear with a negative PCR result. In this case, an IgG antibody test for COVID-19 should be performed.
3. Pneumonia can also be caused by other pathogens. A respiratory infection screening is recommended.
From day 10–14 onward, the virus loses its ability to infect, and the person can no longer transmit it. However, fragments of viral RNA may still be present in the sample for some time.
Locate the “Test Results” section on your report. Review your Ct value (Relative Viral RNA Load) and follow the corresponding recommendations.
